Onderstaand een idee  over technische  en overige  aspecten.

Wat betekent dit concreet,  dat bij aankoop van dit prachtige schip U dit jaar( 2021) nog kunt varen,  en langdurig verblijven, daar waar het anders zeker tot 1.5 tot 2 jaren is, want  juist omdat wij bouwen op basis van kwaliteit  staat daar deze tijd voor.

Construction:
The hull and superstructure is built entirely from grit-blasted steel ( Lloyds grade A ).
The hull thickness is 5 mm, the decks and superstructure are 5 and 4 mm. A steel floor is mounted
above the engine-room.
There are the following watertight compartments: lazaret, engine-room, forward section, and anchor
chain locker.
Fuel tanks are integrated with the hull and fitted with baffles. Water and holding-tanks are made of
stainless steel. Round the hull are bulwarks of a safe height with doors to port, starboard and in the
stern with openings for water runoff. The rudder and pintles are double sized and balanced.

Upon delivery : Testing the boat at least 2 weeks in the
Dutch/Belgium/English waters, where after the boat returns to the yard for final adjustments.
Payments : 5 terms, before leaving the yard, to discuss
Prices : all mentioned prices are excluding VAT
Capacity measures mentioned : all are approximately – +/- 5%
VAT rules for export on 0-tarif bases.
1. In case the yacht will be brought and located outside the EU, the Dutch VAT does not need
to be paid – this is valid as well for a private person as for a company.
You can sail the yacht yourselves to your home-country or any country outside EU.
However in that case it is important to know that we need assurance that the yacht will be
exported outside the EU territory.
We need:
– a bank guarantee for the VAT amount for as long we have not received the official signed
export papers of the transit harbor custom authorities or
– we need to keep the official papers in our property till the moment you arrive at the transit
harbor, were we shall arrive with the papers and join together to fulfil export custom papers.
After which we hand over to you the official papers.
2. In case the yacht will be owned by a company within the EU, and this company has a valid
EU VAT number, the Intra-communitary rule applies, which means that the yacht will be
invoiced with a 0-VAT percentage as intra-communitary sales transaction
